Bureau Sports is the operations layer for youth sports clubs — every team run to the same standard, every family the same experience, every season. One bureau per sport.
Club-wide operations software for youth sports.
Bureau Sports LLC builds software for the people who run youth sports organizations — club operators, board members, coaches, and the parent volunteers conscripted into managing a team. Its unit of account is the club, not the team: a club declares its operating standard once, and every team inherits it.
That standard covers four things — how a new team manager is onboarded, how information reaches families, how a season's hard-won knowledge survives the volunteer who leaves, and how consistent the experience is from one team to the next.
It is not a scheduling, registration, or roster app, and it does not replace the tools a club already runs on. It sits beneath them. The first bureau, Hockey Bureau, is live for youth hockey clubs of roughly 6 to 60+ teams; football, soccer, and swim follow.
Bureau Sports was founded in 2026 in St. Louis, Missouri by Allison Cousins, Andrew Siebert, and Tom Bremer, and began as a rewrite of one club's team-manager manual — the account of how that happened is here.
